London confectioner Fay Millar has been baking cakes since she was old enough to pick up a wooden spoon in her mother’s kitchen. She gradually took over making the family birthday cakes and carried on practicing her skills on friends and relatives, until recently she started baking cakes to celebrate …. divorces.
