  4. @Ashish: The steep inclination is a result of two factor - angle of view, and extreme telephoto lens which caused the perspective to get compressed.

  9. Compressed by the telephoto lens? I know nothing about photography, but that's too bad as I LOVE planes and I would have preferred an accurate rendition of reality... Before I read the comment, I was simply assuming that there were more take-offs than landings as the only thing that lands at a 45 degree angle is the space shuttle! Gotta go look up exactly how this telephoto thingies works...
